• Catering set-up and delivery cost is $15.00 for most places in Oklahoma City and close suburbs. For set-up and delivery to locations farther away such as Norman and Shawnee, a charge based on distance is used.


The Luau

Add Smoked Salmon with sour cream, capers, caper berries, onions, caviar, chopped eggs, toast points and crackers for additional $5.00 per person
Dessert of your choice included: The Pineapple Upside-Down Cake compliments this menu nicely
Iced tea, lemonade, bottled water, assorted soda or non-alcholic Sangeria-style punch included


Kahula Pig
A delicious pulled pork with smoky flavor. Roasted in banana leaves and flavored with a light smoke: one of the best things I have added to my menu in years


Chicken Kabobs
Skewered chicken, pineapple, mushrooms, red and green bell peppers and onions flavored with light sauce


Beef Gho Gho
Skewered steak grilled in my own soy ginger sauce


Pork Eggrolls
Served with apricot sauce on the side for dipping

Choice of Jicama Pineapple Slaw
Shredded jicama, carrots, pineapple with a light vinegar dressing

Homemade queso, homemade guacamole, homemade salsa, chopped onions, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, chopped lettuce, jalapenos, and black olives


Quesadillas Made-to-Order
Add an onsite server for made-to-order quesadillas on the grill for an additional $2.50 per person and $22.00 per hour server fee


Chicken and/or Cheese Enchiladas
Add $2.00 per person


Additional Side Items
For each item, add an additional $0.60 per person: refried beans, black beans, mexican rice, salad, seven-layer dip, tortilla rollups (2 per person), mini burritos ( 1 per person), and mini taco (2 per person)
