• All dinners served with silver look plasticware, plastic cups, plastic plates, napkins, serving utensils, and salt & pepper
• Beverages (iced tea, pop, or lemonade), ice, bread and dessert included
• Catering set-up and delivery cost is $15.00 for most places in Oklahoma City and close suburbs. For set-up and delivery to locations farther away such as Norman and Shawnee, a charge based on distance is used
• Served with your choice of rolls and butter or bread and butter
