• The prices listed are for in-house service only. Catered events may require labor costs on a per house basis and could be incurred from the time of arrival on site until the end of cleanup.
• Choice of 3 Entrees plus 5 Side Items for $25.00/person.
• 5 Entrees plus 6 Side Items for $28.00/ person.
• 5 Entrees plus 7 Side Items for $30.00/ person.
• 6 Entrees plus 8 Side Items for $32.00/person.
• Entrees are prepared in bite size portions.
• Add $5.00 per person in any combination for Filet Bites.
• Soft beverages are included in the per person cost.
• Serviceware will include an inexhaustible supply of 6" glass plates, napkins, and forks. For catered events, 6" plastic plates, silver plastic ware, and white paper napkins will be provided at no additional charge. Other options are available for a nominal charge.
• Any special dietary needs will be accomodated.
• A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage tickets during your party for services required. For catered parties at an outside location, a $20.00 per hour per server charge will included in the bill, with a three hour minimum charge per server.
• A Chocolate Fountain can be included with any cocktail party buffet for an additional $3.00/ person.
